Our events company was established in 1991, and has been responsible for providing outstanding event management ever since. In 1998 we extended our services, branched out and opened our first retail unit Balloon 'n' Party, our second acquisition was Sniggers Fancy Dress in 2005 followed by our online stores in 2007.

Items you would require for a party on a smaller scale which you would be organising  yourself. We offer a full on- site decoration service were our expert team can transform and theme your venue.

Sniggers Fancy Dress and Costume Hire – At Sniggers we specialise in supplying costumes for hire and sale – housing in excess of 5000+ costumes for hire. We have an extensive range of accessories, Wigs, Masks and Make-up, Balloons and Party Essentials. So next time you are organising a party why not make it that little bit more exciting and turn it into a fancy dress party, perhaps a 70’s or superheroes theme or just general fancy dress. The fun and pizzazz this can add will certainly make it an event to be remembered.

Ministry Of Events Ltd - As the name suggests - here we have a specialist team totally dedicated to the event management aspect, our portfolio is mainly on the corporate event side, however, we are also affiliated to a number of hotel groups for private events like weddings, birthdays Bar & Bat mitzvahs etc. We work very closely in tandem with both our sister companies Balloon 'n' Party and Sniggers Fancy Dress and Costume Hire as well as other associated companies, ranging from Stage Management to Production Lighting to themed events, we can cater for your needs. Our event coordinators can either supply whatever is necessary or even manage the whole event too if you wish, from catering to entertainment, leaving you with the fun part - enjoying yourself and taking the credit!  We have a close-knit team dedicated to making your event a success.

We will not undertake the coordination of your event unless we are confident that we can do an excellent job and that includes making sure that we do not over-commit our diary by taking on too many events.
